This year, the Bentley Flying Spur lineup gains an all-new engine option. Keeping in line with the Bentley reputation to always advance and set the bar, the Flying Spur lineup gains a plug-in hybrid powertrain. It uses a combination of a twin-turbocharged V6 engine with an electric motor and a 14.1 kWh battery pack, providing 536-horsepower for you to enjoy on every outing around DFW Metroplex. It even allows you to drive it using electric-only power, so you can charge it at home and save gas when going on short trips.
The Mulliner name refers to the Bentley personal commissioning division. It's a bespoke customization program that lets you design many different aspects of your Bentley Flying Spur model to make it completely your own. When you choose the Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner, you get to commission your vehicle to be built exactly how you want it, including choice of paint color, color and type of upholstery, a homemade key presentation box, vehicle pouches, veneers, wheels, exterior mirror colors, and much more, giving you the ability to specify and essentially build your vehicle yourself from the ground up.
The Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner model was recently announced, and there aren't any concrete details on when deliveries will begin. All engines are paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
