April 9, 2025 — The spirit of victory over adversity is being honored in a unique way in North Texas – and for the benefit of three North Texas nonprofits helping those in need. Avondale Dealerships unveiled its latest initiative on April 3, three one-of-one Mulliner Bentley Bentayga vehicles created in collaboration with Dallas fine artist Stephen Selzler.

The sale of these luxury SUVs will provide $75,000 in support to Children’s Cancer Fund, Cook Children’s Child Study Center, and Children’s Health. More information can be found at Avondale.com/Victoris.

“We are honored to highlight Avondale’s dedication to community through this meaningful and impactful partnership,” Hesham Elgaghil, President of Avondale, said. “This collaborative project redefines automotive luxury, while championing those who face life's toughest obstacles. The result is the Victoris Edition — a fusion of cutting-edge design, masterful craftsmanship and heartfelt philanthropy, aimed at supporting organizations that empower children and their caregivers.”

Avondale Elevating Charitable Missions

Net proceeds from the sale of these three exceptional Bentayga are raising vital funds for three North Texas charities, each making a significant impact in helping people overcome obstacles. Children’s Cancer Fund, The Child Study Center Cook Children’s, and Children’s Health join Avondale in celebrating the spirit of victory over adversity.

“Victory for a child fighting cancer isn’t just about beating the disease — it’s about finding joy in the small moments, strength in the hardest battles and hope in every new day. It’s the courage to keep smiling, to keep dreaming, and to never stop believing in a cancer-free tomorrow,” said Amy Anderson, Development Director of Children’s Cancer Fund, an organization on a mission to find a cure for all childhood cancers and support families affected by cancer. “What fuels our work at Children’s Cancer Fund is the drive to provide innovative, life-saving research and resources for these young brave patients and those that love them.”

“Victory for our patients at Cook Children’s Child Study Center means overcoming challenges, reaching their full potential and living as fulfilling and independent life as possible. It’s a child making progress in school, learning to communicate their needs or gaining confidence in social situations. Every small step — whether mastering a new skill, building independence, or feeling understood — is a triumph. Our goal is to support each child and their family on their unique journey, celebrating every milestone along the way,” said Matt Robison, Director of Cook Children’s Child Study Center, which provides children with complex developmental and behavioral disabilities the highest quality diagnosis, treatment and education to help them achieve their full potential.

“Victory for Children’s Health is making life better for children and ensuring exceptional medical care is always available for all children in North Texas,” said Paulette Mulry, Vice President of Development at Children’s Medical Center Foundation. “We are grateful for this opportunity to be part of the ‘one of one’ Bentley Bentayga SUV Victoris Initiative, bringing philanthropy, Avondale Dealerships and Bentley Motors together. This unique collaboration is helping support patients who walk through our doors today and for generations to come.”

Dallas-based Designer Dedicates Art to Facing Adversity

Avondale called on internationally acclaimed artist Stephen Selzler to collaborate with Avondale and Bentley’s Mulliner division to create something truly unique for North Texas. A Dallas-based fine artist, Selzler has a focus on motoring culture, concourse events and motorsport. Known for his bold, expressive style, Selzler uses art as a means of storytelling.

“My career within automotive fine arts oftentimes leads me down a path or project that means so much more than just simply painting a picture of a car, and the Victoris project is a prime example of a greater purpose tied to such a vocation,” Selzler explained. “Victoris is a symbol of a childhood dream of mine — designing cars in a transportation design setting — but with a twist of such a boyhood yearning: taking a beautiful, capable and ultra-luxurious Bentayga platform and dressing it with a vision of uniqueness, opulence, purpose and artistry. This, for me personally, is joy personified.”

Selzler’s design for the Bentayga reflects a powerful narrative of overcoming obstacles, with each detail of the vehicle serving as a tribute to those who have faced life’s toughest battles and emerged victorious. The artist’s intricate design touches every part of the vehicle — from the exterior to the interior — imbuing it with a message of hope, perseverance and strength.

The exterior features a unique hand-painted design inspired by themes of renewal, featuring dynamic brushstrokes and vivid colors that symbolize the beauty found in resilience. Inside, the craftsmanship of the Bentley Bentayga is enhanced with Selzler’s bespoke artistic touches, including finely detailed embroidery, custom leather and exclusive finishes from Mulliner that elevate the vehicle to an unprecedented level of elegance and artistry.

The Victoris edition vehicles, Selzler explained, are designed as a trio of “sibling chariots,” each unique in their own shades of bold statements, yet working together as a cohesive collection.

“The Victoris ‘V’ theme is a repeated icon sprinkled through sections of each vehicle using subtle applications, yet is borrowed from the Bentayga's own character line near the rear haunches and wheel arch,” Selzler said. “Such a character line is enhanced and embellished through the use of a unique two-tone paint scheme that Bentley's Mulliner program worked produce for these cars only, and thus cementing the exclusive nature of the Victoris. The end result is a striking aesthetic, and beckons for an owner and caretaker of the unique character traits which mirror the chariot: bold, visionary, consequential — and unrepeatable.”

Hand-crafted for Bespoke Brilliance

The bespoke Bentley Bentayga Victoris Edition are the first Bentayga vehicles ever produced with a hand-made gradient paint treatment, with each model featuring its own dual-tone finish. Creating the gradual ‘fade’ from one tone to another calls for the utmost precision, with components such as bumpers and door handles aligned perfectly with the corresponding color gradient on the body.

The preparation and hand-spraying of each body and its related components took over 70 hours of dedicated work at Bentley’s Excellence Centre for Bespoke Paint. Unlike standard single-colour painting, this technique involves the meticulous application of pre-tinted shades in specific positions on the vehicle’s body, creating a seamless gradient transition. Meticulous masking, employing custom-fabricated stencils, ensured uniformity across all three cars to an accuracy of just 2mm. Each body was then mirror-polished for a flawless finish.

Each of the designs is unique:

  • The first design features a duo-tone red paint fade of Candy over Cricketball. The D pillar carries a Victoris badge in chrome and gloss black, while the wheels are five-spoke 22” items in gloss black with black calipers. Its interior is upholstered in Beluga black and Mulliner white hide, while all veneered surfaces are finished in Grand Black. The Victoris pinstripe in Pillar Box red sweeps around the cabin on the door waistrails and fascia, with the distinctive ‘V’ swoosh on the fascia continuing into a Pillar Box red upper vane on the fascia bullseye air vent. The seats feature embroidered Bentley wings in Silver while the Victoris repeat pattern is blind embossed on the headrests.
  • The second is finished in duo-tone Moonbeam silver over Anthracite grey, while the interior features a bespoke colour split of Beluga black and Saddle brown. All veneered surfaces are executed in high gloss carbon fiber, while the Victoris pinstripe on waistrails, fascia and air vent upper vane is picked out in Moonbeam white.
  • The third has a striking exterior of Anthracite fading to Extreme Silver. On this Victoris Bentayga, the wheels are 22” ten-spoke designs in gloss black and bright machined finish, the latter selected to pick up the Extreme Silver paint fade. Inside, driver and passengers are greeted by a bespoke upholstery split of Cricketball and Beluga. The Victoris pinstripe on waistrails, fascia and fascia bullseye air vent in Moonbeam makes a dramatic contrast with the Grand Black veneer it bisects.

Bentley’s Mulliner division, known for its unparalleled craftsmanship and bespoke creations, has once again demonstrated its expertise in creating vehicles that transcend traditional luxury. These Bentley Bentayga vehicles are truly exceptional works of art, combining the iconic performance and refinement of Bentley with the profound message of hope and triumph.

Unveiling Victoris

The unveiling of the Victoris Edition vehicles took place April 3 at an event inspired by the vehicles themselves — one that was modern, timeless and iconic. Hosted at the Empire Room in Dallas’s Design District, the April 3 introduction featured a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to celebrate the unveiling of these iconic vehicles and the mission of three life-changing North Texas nonprofit organizations. Artist Stephen Selzler shared his inspiration for the designs and walked guests through the many aspects of triumph celebrated in each of the three Bentley Bentayga.

Guests also enjoyed chef-driven refreshment stations featuring the latest from The French Room at The Adolphus Hotel, with Executive Chef Rolf Weithofer, Chef Frederic Sulis and Chef Gricel Duran on hand to personally engage with guests. The Hunter Sullivan Band entertained while guests experienced activations from Spa Adolphus and luxury lifestyle elements from Commerce Goods + Supply at The Adolphus Hotel. A Mulliner Martini Bar offered guests to customize their own cocktail with Hendricks Gin and abundant garnishes to choose from to toast to the bespoke theme of the evening.
